Kerala Minister Misquotes Savarkar, Spreads Misinformation to Malign Sangh Parivar

Something we all must have observed about the left cabal is how relentless they are in maligning the nation. They don’t shy away from resorting to unethical means to defeat their enemies. Yes, their prime enemies are the ruling government, the BJP supporters, and the majority community in India.

We are all aware of the fake propaganda the left indulges in, in Kerala to show the native community in a poor light. Kerala PWD Minister Muhammad Riyas, who is also the son-in-law of the CCM, is the latest one to join the misinformation campaign. He has made an FB post.

This is the translation of the heading of his post: “In the background of the Manipur incidents, is the BJP willing to reject Savarkar’s position to use rape as a political weapon?” In the post, he claims that in the eighth chapter of Savarkar’s book, “Six Glorious Epochs of Indian History,” Savarkar gives his approval to use rape as a “political tool,” calling it a “supreme religious duty”. He then gets into a rant, saying that the “disciples tested this in Gujarat and Odisha, and now this has reached Manipur.”

On this page, Savarkar talks about the cruel tactics employed by invading armies in a certain region. He then quotes a conversation between Ravana and a few of his friends. His friends, upon knowing that Rama is marching with his army towards Lanka, advise against holding Sita anymore. To this, Ravana responds by asking whether it is irreligious to abduct and rape the womenfolk of the enemy. In brackets, he mentions that “to carry away the women of others and to ravish them is itself the supreme religious duty of the Rakshasas.” Now, please read point 444 to fully understand what Savarkar is saying. He’s basically explaining what the Rakshasas in a different region did to the women they kidnapped. He’s saying they did this because it was considered their supreme religious duty (I’m sure Riyas would know this better)

Riyas is a communist. It’s a known fact that they come with questionable degrees and education in general. To top it all, Kerala Communists are aligned with fundamentalists. It’s difficult to imagine that he couldn’t find a single cadre who could translate this passage well. Interestingly, the same book is also available in Malayalam if they don’t understand English.

But no, the objective is different. They know that their supporters will swallow anything the leadership says. In addition, if at least a few others who don’t understand English believe him, it’s a success for them.
